zzz so tired frm yest....went 4 poly50 training in the aftnn.....jun hao brought us to the real track itself n ran 20 laps instead of the real 50....sia la...cos our team member is lagging ppl...so sum of us hav to run 400 instead of 200....but nevertheless its ok la...wont b like tt in the real event....

nw i realised....every time i go mac....i wld meet many acquaintances n frens....its jus so happen u wld talk to the person bside n near u bout the match.....n celebrate together....haha....talking bout frens....i wld c sum of my frens which nw i dun hav much of a chance to talk to....world cup is jus the 1 event tt can bring ppl together...jus 4 tt 1 mth....
