woot....poly50 ended jus nw....was GREAT.....y?

started the race bout 4....1st few laps...horrid....ppl running veri fast....kp shoving....veri cram....esp 1st stn....onli hav a narrow path to run....sux man.....thereafter.....bout 15 laps later....mentality strength starts to play a big part in the run.....see ppl veri tired aft their lap....or running n breakin durin their lap....but dunno y....my mental str seems to work 4 mi....kp running...no stopping.....in the end it pays off....

my team.....17th.....

tho im last team gt last out of the 4....but who cares? we all gt in the top 20 out of dunno hw many teams....ard 80? haha.....wat an acheivement....esp 4 mi....1st time had a real competition since pri sch when i won 2nd 4 street soccer competition....aft everybody ran finish we jus celebrated like mad.....i n choon long pour water on ourselves....den when CLS teams met up....all 'yang seh' 1st....den billibanja....den sing to the music....den splash water n ice @ each other....taking photos....madness everywhere....nevertheless fun....had a realli great time....but zzz crushed my hamstring when i took photo....arens la....push hw many ppl den they all crush my leg....argh....lucky its aft race....speaking of arens....haiz tt lucky bastard....won 1st price in lucky draw....lol....den tatxiong n peikun team went up to stage to get their prizes....so proud of them....haha.....

den we had our own debrief.....ironically...1st time we all 10 ppl together....since training started mths ago....talked a lotta stuff....even tho we r last team....no doubt we hav the heart of a 1st team...haha....

to summarize....wat a great day i had today.....thru out the race im nt even nervous @ all....dunno y....den aft the race had a lotta fun wif the ppl....wanted to name all of their names but cant rmb la...haha....oh ya....4got to mention....the water girls n boys r veri efficient....every time ppl run their lap finish den ask 'u wan water?' 100 plus on 1 hand n water on the other....haha....nice.....n i wanna thank everybody tt is involved in all the trainings those tt push mi motivated mi....n every1 4 their spirit today....realli had a great time....hope it will b the same nxt yr....haha =)
